Blister Packaging

Blister packaging refers to several types of pre-formed clear plastic packaging used for small consumer goods. While most commonly used in the medical and pharmaceutical sectors for dispensing doses of medication, blister packaging is also used along side other consumer products. Often products that require assembly will have the necessary hardware organized in thermoformed blister packaging which helps ease assembly for the end user. This serves dually as a shipping container and as an aid for assembling the products. In the medical and Pharmaceutical sectors the blister packaging is commonly used for dosing medication. Plaxall has the ability to produce blister packaging in a clean room environment. This makes our products ideal for the medical sectors.
